The scope of work performs all the Work required for the completion and operation of Design, Construct, Install and Commissioning and Test of the GSE Tunnel MEP works with Necessary/Auxiliary Equipment at GSE Tunnel at King Khaled Airport, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and other Contract Documents, the Construction Contract as applicable to the scope of the Agreement, the work include but not limited to the supply of all materials, transportation, labor, plant, machinery, tools, utilities, appliances, administration and incidentals, equipment, goods and services required to design, manufacture, overseas and in-site transport (vertical and horizontal), deliver, set out, construct and/or install, erect, provision of necessary technical documentation and information required, factory and site tests, start-up, commission demonstrate, pre-commissioning, commissioning, trial operation, commission to all related authorities and warranty of the Work and the Systems, said goods according to at least technical specifications and all requirements and regulations, weather conditions, local and applicable international standards, rules etc. and services to design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, project management.

Navoi ATC Tower, built under the new airport project in the city of Navoi, is 36 m high. It has 2 floors and 2200 m2 construction area. This project undertaken by Yüksel İnşaat in Uzbekistan-Karshi It is the job of designing and constructing in accordance with security, safety, standards, applicable local standards and other criteria in accordance with the requirements of National Aviation Organization (FAA). All kinds of electrical, HVAC and heaters of the airport runway lighting control building and all technical equipment related to airport lighting and computer equipment, testing, forwarding and training of all systems are within the scope of this work.

The World Bank Loan and Afghanistan Islamic Transition State have been made as a sub-contractor of the electrical and mechanical installation works for the emergency improvement and other additional works of the Kabul International Airport 11/29 Runway which was awarded by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism. The construction of the project undertaken by Yenigün-Maktaş-Aydeniz J.V. Within the scope of electrical and mechanical works: • 3500 m. Runway and taxiway lighting system PAPI • Runway and taxiway lighting system • Lighting control center • Pump stations mechanical systems • 2 units 10/0, 4 kV 300 kVA transformer • 2 units 250 kVA There are 2 40 kVA generator plants.

Within the scope of this project, the renovation of the runways of the airports in Urgench, Bukhara and Samarkand cities of Uzbekistan and the construction of new terminal buildings, transformer buildings, electrical works and projects of the international terminals and runways within the scope of Shimiz-Mitsubishi-Mitsui have been completed. Electrical Works: • Low voltage systems • Lighting and power distribution systems • UPS system • Fire alarm system • Telephone system • Central Time system • Music and announcement system • CCTV and security systems. With the completion of this project, 3 important cities of Uzbekistan have achieved international air traffic.

In addition to the existing terminal building, the outside facility is used as a terminal building for the Electrical Works: • Low voltage systems • Medium voltage systems • Transformer system • Lighting system • Environmental lighting system • Fire alarm systems • Music and announcement system • Flight information systems • UPS systems .

The construction of the terminal building began in 1994. It has the most modern flight information system, security closed circuit TV system, satellite TV system, call and public announcement system, central electronic clock system and fire alarm system. In order to ensure that the energy of some of these systems is not interrupted, a central UPS (uninterruptible power supply) has been installed in the building.
