It was decided to build an office by replacing the part previously built as a residence. The building has a burglar and security system and is also supported by a video doorphone system. Nefteyugansk is an oil city in the north of Russia. One of the biggest buildings of this city is the Cultural Center Complex. It was designed by Russian engineers and some changes have been made to make it a modern building suitable for the conditions of the day. The Cultural Center is a multi-purpose building with a theater hall of about 17,000 square meters and 800 people. The building has large halls that include meeting rooms, theater, costumes and decorations, and music and theater classes for the new generation enthusiast.
